Hi all, after updating to 8.1 my activation for Office 2013 is gone and now i have a new installation ID.

Can you please help me to activate Office again or is the key i used now blacklisted and thats the reason why

Office isnt activated anymore?

Used key ended with : -DGKKV

The same thing happened to me. You have to change your key to the current working key and then activate again using the skype method.

I have a question regarding Backup from Windows Toolkit 2.4.9, I had a Windows 8.1 Enterprise Backup (with Office 2013 Pro Plus) but I installed the Windows 8.1 Pro and used Toolkit again for Backup activation, now in the folder Backups the Enterprise Backup is gone (??) is this normal ?

I do not know i can not remember when i test in VMware if that was deleted or not! Backup again this time use MTK also Advance Token Manager latest version that support Windows 8.1 also see on there >>>>

Double security if one fails you have other alternative.

As suggested i tried to change my installation ID 2 times. And bought times it failed to activate with message "i may be victim of software piracy bla bla"...

And i am sure i gave correct input on 1. question home version coz i done it many times :)

1st. change

you were right for some reason consol change of key didn't work but when i changed key with control panel it worked.

Not sure I completely understand what you are saying. If you used the key K2CDH then that activated online. (no offline phone activation) needed.

Open Word > File > Account button. What does it say?
