Currently there is no Office 2013 Pro Plus Retail keys and i strongly suggest everyone use VL Edition instead of retail 2 reason

1. MAK Keys survives longer than Retail keys

2. VL Edition also compatible KMS Activation as we all know there is none right now but just in case if and when available you have alternative option:

Office 2013 VL MAK Keys therefore download and Install All product of Office 2013 VL Edition posted there >>> or if you already download retail edition use Microsoft Toolkit >>> convert from Retail to VL

I guess you have tried to call MS via skype and made mistake during call progress most common mistake you answer one of two question wrong correct way every question you have been asked dial 1 however read below:

I tried to use the activate over the internet option but that didn't work. Everything was activated fine before the installation of the windows 8.1 update. I have installed office 2013 using your method on many pc's. Is there a way to stop it from being deactivated when installing windows 8.1 or is the a quick way to reactivate all of the pc's after the update? Do you know why this happened? Will this continue to happen with each service pack?

delete the keys first see the instruction on first page how to delete the block keys then reactivate again depends if you are on mak key delete old mak key and reactivate online mak key if you are on retail MSDN edition then use the key offline via skype same as last time keys are on page one...

I installed a new key and reactivated on one machine right after I posted and it worked. I used the pastebin key under "

OFFICE 2013 PRO PLUS Offline Activation RETAIL Keys [Retail Edition Only]" and activated via the skype method. Is there a way to avoid doing this to all the pc's I have installed on office 2013 on after I install 8.1 on them. Do you know why this happened and if it will happen again with each service pack. It's just a lot of work to redo the activation via skype on a bunch of pc's and then use the advanced token software to backup activation on each again. Also, now that I have a new activation with a new office key and windows 8.1 installed, would I need to get a windows 8.1 Pro with media center iso in order to to do a complete reinstall if I need to in the future. (I installed using the glitch with a windows 8 iso with media center slipstreamed)

Is this deactivation expected to happen with each service pack? I had no idea that installing the 8.1 update could deactivate my office? Is there a way to stop the deactivation and prevent it from being deactivated with service packs or a quicker way to fix this besides changing the key and reinstalling? I was wanting a permanent activation solution if possible.

I have a question regarding Backup from Windows Toolkit 2.4.9, I had a Windows 8.1 Enterprise Backup (with Office 2013 Pro Plus) but I installed the Windows 8.1 Pro and used Toolkit again for Backup activation, now in the folder Backups the Enterprise Backup is gone (??) is this normal ?

As suggested i tried to change my installation ID 2 times. And bought times it failed to activate with message "i may be victim of software piracy bla bla"...

And i am sure i gave correct input on 1. question home version coz i done it many times :)
