Still unable to activate there is something in your system blocking Phone activation. Do not know maybe you have tried to activate via KMS Activator/Server see the instruction there >>>>> If you can not get verified calling MS [Delete KMS Activation/Server, Office key and integrity scan]

Take your time and do all step by step instruction delete all the keys in Office system and integrity check etc... After that change the key and change installation ID send me other ID you have never try to use calling MS..!

Do not know why you want to Retail Edition, you can not activate Retail Edition unless you have Valid key. However even MSDN did not update SP1 on their side. You just need to wait little longer.
