i tried call UK and US but still can't hear microsoft call center voice... :(

Hey, I hope anyone can point out to see what went wrong.

I've installed Pro Plus English version, X18-65189 which worked great after first tried with X18-65700 didn't work because my pc is 64 bit which is strange. I went ahead and use Office Toolkit 2.5 from CodyQx4's link.

When I open up MS Toolkit and tried to activate it. It didn't work.

Under Activation tab, E-z Activator, it says "<Cannot Activate because this product is incapable of KMS Activation.>"

Didn I missed the procedure upon MS Toolkit Activation? Is there screenshot procedure using MS Toolkit that I can activate it? Thanks! :)

You install Office 2013 Retail Edition None of the KMS Activator works on retail edition.. You need to install Office 2013 Volume License Edition however you can still convert Retail to VL but i advice you download native VL Edition

After download and install Office 2013 VL Edition you can activate VIA KMS or MAK Keys...

Also when you uninstall Retail Edition official Uninstaller tool >>> Uninstall Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365

You install Office 2013 Retail Edition None of the KMS Activator works on retail edition.. You need to install Office 2013 Volume License Edition however you can still convert Retail to VL but i advice you download native VL Edition

FYI, the link of tud.ttu.ee is no longer working and as I checked the folder of "marekile" may have been removed. You might want to update the dead links.

As I'm googling the instructions on using Microsoft Toolkit, found one on YouTube so I dunno if it's clear or not. I can't use Skype so I have to use KMS/MS Toolkit instead. Here's quick question, do I have to disconnect the internet before activate it using Ez-Activator? Thanks in advance.

You do not need to disable Internet connection using Microsoft Toolkit 2.5.

It works beauitfully! I realized it won't install it because I have Office Starter 2010 (click-to-run) on it so I had to remove it.

MS has released Service Pack 1 for Office 2013. Both x32 & x64 versions are available for download.

Just for info if any body needs this.
