Did you try to install Office 2013 Retail key or try to activate via KMS Server in the past delete all the keys first see instruction how to >>>>> How to delete your block keys in Office 2013

If you ever tried to activate via KMS Activator or any other way you need to delete first...!

or

2. Disable OR Uninstall IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers

I'm sorry I made a bad mistake, while generating the installation ID I had my Network and Sound card disabled, and forgot to disable them again before inserting the Confirmation. I can see a new Installation ID formed and naturally it will not accept the confirmation number you kindly provided. I disabled them, restarted and tried again but still the new Installation ID number is there. Now should I repeat the process and insert a different key or what would you advise?

You do not to disable anything simply change the key and new installation ID this time keep open your activation wizard till i send you confirmation ID.
