Try this:

Backup the registry key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags 

and then remove it. Then try to reinstall Office 2013 RTM again to check if it can be installed successfully.
