Only way you can activate with leak keys you may be just lucky if you download and activate Office 2013 Volume License Edition there is still online activation key no calling MS just activate online

Look at the page one see VL Mak Keys also VL Edition Download Link are there >>>

If you have those just install and activate online there is no KMS Activator working on Windows 8.1 RTM at the moment i have just test them all today.
