Brother it looks like you have modified Office you probably tried other KMS Activator ot hactovator etc.

You need to delete all activator and do integrity scan in your PC then send other ID with other key see the instruction below:

1. If you have used other KMS Activator use delete them also

How to complete Uninstall KMS Activator & KMS Server

After delete all the key you are using see the Page 1 about how to delete block key

Then send new ID............!

Ahh I was afraid of that :/ I installed the VL build directly from MS, then ran the SP1 update (in exe form) from Microsoft's website (no activators were used). I'll remove everything and try again without applying SP1.

Work-Around

If you have tried to activate using any KMS Activator please delete them all, usually every KMS Activator has uninstall/delete the KMS Activation/Server option.

If you have currently use and KMS Server or Activator or similar tool Phone activation does not verify. Therefore you need to delete KMS Activator/Server, delete all Office key installed in your system and integrity scan cleaning any hactivator if mistakenly you have used also any activator cause any trouble into your system.

1. After this should clears the KMS server address:

cmd (admin)

slmgr /skms localhostslmgr.vbs /ckms

Or

Step 1: Open up Command Prompt (admin)Step 2: slmgr -upk press enterStep 3: %windir%\system32\taskschd.msc /s press enter (this will open up Task Scheduler)Step 4: Look up the kms service or what ever is related to kms activation and delete it 

2. Delete All Office Product Key.

Find out your key and installation screen:

cmd+admin

cscript "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15\OSPP.VBS" /dstatus

[for x86 bit office on x64 bit Windows]

OR

cmd+admin

cscript "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\OSPP.VBS" /dstatus

Delete all Office 2013 keys:

cmd+admin

cscript "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\OSPP.VBS" /unpkey:KEY-VALUE

[for x64 bit office on x64 bit Windows or x86 on x86]

OR

cmd+admin

cscript "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15\OSPP.VBS" /unpkey:KEY-VALUE

[for x86 bit office on x64 bit Windows]

[Adjust Program Files or Program Files(x86) according to OS and Office version you need to enter last 5 digit like XXXXX]

3. Open cmd with elevated privileges, (run as admin), and enter:

sfc /scannow

If any file can not fix then:

Admin cmd

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Run sfc /scannow again

4. Re install Office MAK Key >>> ...

If still can not get verified Uninstall Office >>> and download Office 2013 SP1 VL >>> and reinstall again..
