Co-founder of Apple Steve Wozniak has expressed his feelings about Apple's approach to the iPhone 5, calling it "arrogant."

In an interview with South African tech site TechCentral Woz said,

Part of me wishes Apple had not been so, kind of, arrogant and feeling like ‘we’re the only one with the right clue. I wish [Apple] had made wider versions — a small and a large version of the iPhone.

This shouldn't come as much of a surprise as Wozniak hasn't stopped himself from criticising Apple in the past, he has even openly admitted to respecting and owning Android devices.

He added,

I think Apple tricked itself by saying 'Oh, you can reach everything with one thumb.' And I don't see anybody having trouble using the larger screens...But Apple said that as a defensive move because everyone else had larger screens.

Steve Wozniak formed Apple Computer in 1976 with Steve Jobs after quitting his job at Hewlett Packard. He invented the Apple I and the Apple II computer, which both contributed significantly to the microcomputer revolution. While Wozniak isn't employee of Apple anymore, he is currently still a shareholder.
