hahahuiran
I have installed NIS 2012 on my ThinkPad several days ago. Today I was trying to use Rescue&Recovery to make a backup of my computer, then I got a message said Norton files are corrupt or still running, and I was asked to skip the file or cancel the backup. I realized that maybe Norton treats R&R as an unfriendly progress and was trying to protect itself. Then I went to Norton settings and turned off the Tamper Protection. After that, I ran R&R again and made the backup successfully. The Tamper Protection keeps harmful programs from changing Norton, but unfortunately causes problems with backup softwares. I guess Norton assumes the backup software want to modify it. So if you have problems on making backup of Norton files, you can turn off the Tamper Protection, it is in Settings-->General-->Product Security, then try ro backup again.
