ESET Smart Security Eset v 5.2.9.1 "program module updates" getting installed unnecessarily even after disabling

I recently installed eset smart securiy v 5.2.9.1 on my Xp sp3 using ESET Fix 1.6 box mara and the software got installed pretty well with latest virus database updates but i recently noticed that along with virus database update, the current program modules got updated automatically without any notification even though i disabled the "program module updates" from eset "update" tab..I doubt if this update might create problems with this cracked version of eset later on...My acquired license via mara fix haven't got affected though and software is working fine but is this a loophole in mara box 1.6 version crack?
