Bra$$eN
Hi,i'm using this software, but I would like your opinion... Is it better than KIS? What about the virus detection, is it any good?I couldn't find any tests on it...Thanks!
Marik
Well, atm it doesn't compare to KIS.But unlike KIS, CIS isn't a resource hog.And as far as system defense goes, i haven't had problems with malware so far.
Bra$$eN
Thank you for your reply. I'm running XP on a virtual machine on Mac via Fusion and I'm sure comodo firewall is better, but I'm mostly concerned about the antivirus component. I feel Kaspersky is better as I can't find tests on the Comodo Internet Security regarding virus protection/detection.Firewall is not a big deal as my XP is connected via NAT to my Mac, and I have it's firewall up and configured.Last year I still had a PC and had KIS 7, and indeed it was a terrible resource hog... a piece of *hit if you ask me. They say version 8 (2009) is much improved, but who knows...cheers!
