Be sure that this is very official, mostly because of the link structure. :) And also a quote from the Desktop team guys: The version string has also been updated to reflect the final version, and a few more languages have been added on Mac. Just thought I'd let you know that until there is an official announcement on www.opera.com, the version is not actually released yet. A few years ago we had to pull a build from the FTP servers and cancel the release the next day because a serious issue was found at the last minute. If you want to be 100% safe, wait until the official announcement. However, downloading it before the announcement shouldn't usually be a problem.
