A hacker that goes by the online handle of .c0mrade claims to have gained access to 110,000 records containing the personal details of citizens from Clarksville, Tennessee.

Cyber War News informsthat the data leak appears to be legitimate. However, the hacker only published a small sample to prove his claims.

“We don’t want to cause an economical blow. With that being said, these records won’t be trafficking on the Internet nor will you see it being sold on the Black Market as we don’t want the risk the safety of innocent children and hard-working Adults. We will provide proof, though,” .c0mrade said.

The data he has allegedly obtained consists of social security numbers, names, phone numbers, dates of birth and other details.

The origin of the data (assuming that it’s real) is unknown, but we have launched our own investigation and we’ll return with more details as they become available.
