Method 1 (Supports WinXP)

OPA-Backup is able to backup the product activation of Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007 and 2010.

OPA-Backup is a small and handy piece of software that was designed with the sole purpose of helping you create a backup of the product activation of your Microsoft Office suite, which you can instantly restore after reinstalling your Windows operating system. This way, with the help of this simple application, you won't have to complete the activation process once again.

First of all, in order to create your backup you will have to select what version of Microsoft Office you own (XP, 2003, 2007 or 2010).

Once you have done that and chosen either to create or restore a backup, simply provide the path where your backup will be located (or is located, in case of restore) and that's about it. Simple, fast and straight to the point.

Method 2 (Not for WinXP)

Advance Tokens Manager is a powerful Windows 7/Vista and MS Office 2010/2007 activation token backup tool which lets you save and restore both Microsoft products’ activation keys with a single click.

By default, it extracts Windows activation license key and shows it on main interface. You can either manually specify the token file or let it backup the default token file. Once the product key is visible, click Backup Activation to save token and configuration files in the installed directory.
