Most likely an improved interface that covers the same options(some automated maybe) as TweakUI(can be found on Microsoft).

Edit: Probably nearly the same as TuneUp Utilities, but with less features :dance2: If TU Utilities supports Vista then I'd go for that!

my experience, don't use tweak programs. In the end they always slow down your computer.

if you want to tweak your computer you can apply them manually, then you know exactly what you are doing
