KotaXor
@KoFTo further clarify, when we 'schedule nodlogin', we are not actually 'scheduling' it.We just configure nodlogin to run as and when the Nod32 requires an update of virus definition. By default, Nod32 is schedule to update its virus definition upon logon and every 60minutes. You can changes this schedule to whatever you want, it doesn't matter, nodlogin will only 'kick in' base on your scheduling of Nod32Even if you are not connected to the Internet most of the time, you can still configure nodlogin as instructed. Just unchecked the default schedules in Nod32.When you required an update, just click on Update Virus signature database in 'Update' and nodlogin will automatically search and insert a user/pass for you to update.Hope this helps! Just exclude it in Nod32, once installed exclude the file in C:\Program Files\Eset\Eset Nod32 Antivirus\nodlogin.exe or just exclude the whole Eset folder. madinsarko
Thank you for your answers.I wonder why others AV consider it as a trojan.Edit : I foud this at the URL given by KilJaden ==> It is also possible, I don't know for sure, but I think this is the case in most cases, that the company that produces the software for which you are using a fix sent a sample of that fix to the major AV companies telling them to add it to their database. This is of course only meant to scare of people using this fix.
PsychoticxBloodxLust
for the blacklisting go to advance mode>setup> add nodlogin to exception list problem solved still work fine for me.Marsufix is fine if you don't care about auto client updates and perfer to do them manualy when they update the program versionNodlogin for me saves me time and even though its blacklist i still have no probs. I just wish they would do something like NODLOGIN for AVIRA - ANTi-VIR

BlackLine
Can someone explain me this:1) Trial server - only definition updates?2) Commercial - module and definition updates?I have ESET Generador Auto FIX 1.6.Will I get new versions of NOD32 automatically? I mean future versions (3.0.680.. like this).
Bizarre™
You will not get a program update through nod32... whatever version below 3.0.672...Don't know if they will ever change that in future versions :frusty:1. Trial Servers - not prioritized; you'll only get definition updates.2. Commercial Servers - prioritized; you'll get definition and module updates (module updates can be seen in the about box)

Bizarre™
Generador is the same utility as nodlogin, but with one special feature: it downloads the update through itself, not nod32 ;) .
BlackLine
I did discover that. It downloads the updates in a folder on C:.Thanks for info.
