The Beta channel has been updated to 18.0.1025.116 or 18.0.1025.117 for Windows and 18.0.1025.117 Chrome Frame. This release turns of swiftshader and gamepad. These changes and the version differences are due to stability measures and some or all of these features may be enabled again in a future release.
