Msn Tool: Remove Advertisements, And More

Notice: You Will Need Windows Live Closed To Do This

Features Included:

  • Remove Advertisements From Main Windows
  • Remove Text Advertisements in IM (Instant Messenger) Windows
  • Multi Msn (Opens More Than One Messenger)
  • Remove " See More Offerings " Items In File Menu
  • Remove " Featured " Section From Emotions " More " Dialog Box

  • Remove Nudge Delay
  • Remove The Top Of The Contacts Lists
  • Remove Search Bar
  • Remove The " Connected To... " Bar
  • Accept More Than 3 Files (Transfers)
  • Disable Photo Sharing

Steps/Instructions:

First you will need to go to the following link: http://apatch.org/downloads/ from there you will see lists of msn messengers compatibility's and you will find one that is your version, and hit download and you will need to wait. Now extract the file with winrar then open it, you will need administrator to run this file. Now I fully recommend you select Create backup files then hit next it will show a bunch of options, choose your options, then click apply and it should say Patch complete now exit it and run windows live messenger, and you are done!

How To Restore It:

Run The File, and there should be a text saying choose a option, select restore settings, then select restore messenger backup files, and hit apply.

Msn died when skype went global.

Nice too see this old app being posted here though.

This little app had more then 100 options to tweak msn at one point *going back a few years*.

RIP Apatch & Messpatch.

I still use it. There's an app from the same author for Yahoo Messenger, but it's outdated
