nsane.forums Posted February 6, 2012 Share Posted February 6, 2012 A few hours ago BTjunkie decided to voluntarily shut down its website.While the owners were convinced that they offered a legal technology platform, recent events such as the MegaUpload raids and the Pirate Bay verdict took away much of the fun.Not an easy choice to make, as the site’s owners spent the last 7 years working on it day and night.The decision comes as a shock to the millions of people who visited the site every week. But, they have no other option than to find a suitable replacement.So where do these former BTjunkie users go to now?What are the best alternatives to BTjunkie?The Pirate Bay, Torrentz, isoHunt, KAT and Extratorrent are the most popular torrent sites in terms of traffic, but there are plenty of others to choose from.So what are the best alternatives?
