* GSTP: improve local discovery.

* GSTP: reduce chunk size to 256 Kb, do not use Expect-Continue.

* Fix folder renames for more complex combinations.

* Fix temporary files not deleted in Remote FS to Remote FS.

* Explorer and Browse: show list of connectoids derived from jobs.

Updated from 9.0.2.2 to 9.0.2.4
