Atasas
Written by OmegadriveWednesday, November 02, 2011Well, been a bumpy ride, but all things come to an end...With great pain I have to inform everyone that I can't continue working on the drivers or maintain the website.During the past years I have been struggling in life to keep my family happy but the recent recession has been a big hit for me, not even my new business is going well, barely can pay the monthly utilities/rent and the risk that I took by holding the payments on my house to get the business going has come back to bite me in the ass. The bank sent me last week the foreclosure letter and today I received a letter that my application to the Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program (EHLP) was denied and coming up with $10k at this moment to keep the house is going to need a miracle, so I'll just keep updating the website with driver news for as long as I have somewhere to live.So many thanks for all this years of support and may God bless you all.Signing off,Angel "Omegadrive" Trinidadhttp://www.omegadriv...-news&Itemid=74bad!and then I found newer releases...

Atasas
Right thenI do recommend Omega to all, that are not happy with manufacturer ones in some wayas how to install?- if actual driver is all you want- that is that.If it does say to uninstall- do soSize?- 38mb is most likely driver only (full package includes other components, that are of use for fine tuning your hardware)Ignoring all above, if you say, not sure as what you doing, perhaps not worth upgrading driver at all? I mean got to have an reason as why you want Omega?

Meaning you got doubled up functions running- will cause more headache, than what its worth. Age?- I'd be very surprised, that such would be issue, considering quality of Omega drivers

Age?- I'd be very surprised, that such would be issue, considering quality of Omega drivers yes age could in fact be a factor because those drivers are four years old and a lot of new hardware has come out in those four years which could not conceivably be supported by those old drivers... also, i think Rezurrection you should use drivercleaner.net to clean out all old drivers from your pc before trying to install new drivers

Meaning, that if Omega engineer decided to use such configuration (2007 engine)- that is by choice of technicians. Does happen, that manufacturer driver might produce better ones, hence headline- Omega says farewell, but not as for performance and reliability. Obviously if your Hardware has not been known to developer and was produced ie after Omega stopped development- likely, that core package by manufacturer for particular product would be different. Atasas
in the main control panel programs- there you'll find what you do have installed as per recognized by windows.I'd recommend in your case to uninstall Omega; thenrestart PC; uninstall manufacturer driver, that you where not happy with; thenrestart PC (dont get scared by Windows native driver resolution), go to Windows Update- download minimal Graphics driver(with all the updates) - at least no major issues you should be left with
