In this example, he is a criminal for forced entry but he didnt infringe on anyones human rights but he did originally have intention to commit a crime.But you can also have a criminal who is with intention to break the Law but for a less selfish purpose like feeding a family. Yes he has commited a crime but you can't go deny his conscience.I know the above examples are vague and not generally accepted as being "okay" to justify but the guy did have a conscience. Most probably commited something on a whim but in the situation felt ashamed of what he'd done and thus did what he could to alleviate or repent by leaving the household.
