Marik
Finally Yesterday, I got hold of Vista Sp1 Full. So Here I’m Posting some Installation Steps. Although the installation takes a little bit time, I promise you its worth waiting. Because the system performance and stability is just epic.1. Make sure that you have properly uninstalled SP1 beta/Preview or Sp1 RC or Look for uninstallation methods here.2. To confirm that the uninstallation was successful, click Start and type "winver" in the Start Search box. The reported build version should be 6000.3. Disable any security softwares like defender, antivirus, firewall, etc. as they will interfere with the installation process.4. Install The Full Service Pack (Microsoft will be releasing it In couple of days or within a week for public downloading). The service pack will be numbered as VistaSP1-KB936330 or something similar.5. During installation PC will restart automatically several times and the whole process should take around 30-40 minutes depending on the speed of your system.6. Reboot and Re-activate the deactivated softwares.7. If you have used a sp1 beta preview or a sp1 rc, now your evaluation watermark should be gone because the full service pack is not evaluation, its FULL.8. Presto now your system will be a lot faster, very responsive and smooth as a silk.Microsoft has done it. This is by far the best SERVICE PACK for the best OS to date View: Original Article
