Marik Posted February 12, 2008 Share Posted February 12, 2008 Apparently in order to keep hardware requirements down for Windows 7 Microsoft has decided to exclude DirectX11 from Windows 7. As is appears Microsoft thinks that DirectX10's hardware requirements are good enough to suit Windows 7. There has not been official word from Microsoft on this decision as of yet.
