Naughton
Hollywood actor Heath Ledger has been found dead at a residence in downtown Manhattan. "He was found unconscious at the apartment and pronounced dead," the New York Police Department said, adding that pills were found near the body. Police are reportedly investigating if the Australian actor, who earned an Oscar nomination for Brokeback Mountain, died of a drug overdose. The 28-year-old was found dead in the flat at around 1530 (2030 GMT). Police said they did not suspect foul play and that his body had been discovered surrounded by pills. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/7203797.stm Can't believe it, such a shame as he leaves behind a young daughter, was looking forward to seeing him in the new Batman film ;)

Q Can Fix IT
Heath Ledger is a method actor. which in a sense means he becomes or absorbs the mind of the character he plays. Heath was not your typical Hollywood trash, that would do anything for attention. in fact he was quite the opposite, and did his very best to keep his family out of public view. I have so much respect for him as an actor I can not put it into words, but I will try to explain it the best way i can:THIS my theory. Playing the Joker, is what killed him. he had to use the Batman novel "The Killing Joke" as his information source for his character. in that book contains some information on the origin of the Joker and why he is the way he is. he is a psychopathic murder with absolutely no empathy. he knows it's an escape from reality, and doesn't care. He feels that people who try to battle reality are ordinary and should be punished because they are weak and only lying to themselves. He also sets out to prove that he can turn anyone into him, by making them experience one really, really bad day, just as he did. so in effect, everyone on the planet is only one bad day away from becoming him-- he shoots the commissioners daughter, paralyzing her, then locks her father in a cage and forces him to see his own daughter being abused by the Joker in various states of undress. Did I mention that the commissioner himself has also been stripped naked and is chained like an animal? Heath was one of the few people in Hollywood with so much respect for the art, he did his very best to give the most realistic performance possible... so much so he fell in love with the woman who played his wife in brokeback mountain... and so much so that he locked himself in a room in a straight jacket, driving himself mad to get into character to play the Joker. Unfortunately this took a huge toll on him and he began to have a lot of trouble sleeping. he now had the mind of psychopathic maniac, you would lose sleep too. Christian Bale also underwent a large amount of pain and heartache to be able to play the role of Batman just right, this is a movie I will pay to see more than once, and I urge all of you to do the same. just like I did with Batman Begins I saw it 3x in the theaters before I acquired my own copy.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batman:_The_Killing_Joke
