NVIDIA's Game Ready driver version 576.02 arrived yesterday with a massive list of bug fixes, but some users continue to report the same stability issues.

NVIDIA's RTX 5060 Ti launched yesterday, and with it came a new Game Ready driver that supports the new GPU.

The biggest news surrounding the new 576.02 driver, however, is the extensive list of bug fixes.

NVIDIA focused on solving specific problems in specific games — flickering, crashing, stuttering, banding, artifacting, etc. — but it also called out fixes for more general issues.

Here's a look at the problems NVIDIA claims to have solved.

    This driver is a joke.

I have ridiculous tearing in some games, even with vsync on: Indiana Jones is visually annoying and The Crew Motorfest is a stutterfest.

Looks like I will be going back to the older driver again.

Plus, I have noticed a small increase in GPU temps in gaming, small being around 10 degrees C.

While this isn't an issue, I don't want to stress my GPU any more than it needs to be stressed.

I wonder if they aren't trying to get the vaunted AI to write the drivers.

I have an RTX 4070 Super. I had overheating issues with The Crew Motorfest, frame tearing, stuttering, issues loading textures in Indiana Jones and more.

At first I thought it was my CPU, but as a test I reverted to an older driver and things went back to normal.

I then upgraded again, and the issues returned.

Downgraded again and things got better.

I did not trust my PC, so I installed it in another, and with the latest driver THAT machine had issues.

For now, version 566.36 is the driver I am staying on.

I do have a multi-monitor setup - three monitors, but only 1080p ones.

The thing is, I tried using a single monitor and the issues remained.
