Microsoft has just published its Patch Tuesday update for July. It has addressed hundreds of vulnerabilities thanks to AI assistance.
On Tuesday, Microsoft released its latest Patch Tuesday update for Windows 11 and Windows 10. What wasn’t mentioned in the changelog though was that this month’s Patch Tuesday delivers fixes for a huge 570 vulnerabilities, including 61 critical flaws and three zero-days.
This information was picked up by Action1, which noted that Microsoft has warned organizations that security updates will become more frequent as artificial intelligence is used to uncover a backlog of previously unknown vulnerabilities in its software catalog. Many Neowin readers have been skeptical about Microsoft using AI to fix bugs and for admins things could become a headache as they patch important issues but risk less tested software that could create instability.
Action1 has put out a massive list of CVEs patched this month, but we won’t replicate that here. However, here is a full list of Microsoft software that received patches:

If you want to see specifically what patches were included for all this software, see the full log here. Given that the attack surface is huge after this update, it's a good idea to apply these patches even if you're wary about the quality of Microsoft's patches.
