People mostly use this step if they are on a Mac, and here are the steps:

1. Go to the official Report a Problem page of Apple.
2. Log in using your Apple ID.
3. Click the drop-down menu and select "Request a refund."
4. Select the reason behind your refund and click Next.
5. Select the app you want to refund.
6. Click Submit to complete the process.
