I have a question.. I have been planning to do this for awhile now... but never got around to it... Fx Extensions are supposed to work for Opera as I have read and I was wondering what the in's and out's of doing this is and if there are any special considerations before I start out trying it out... I have about 35 I would like to try and possibly switch out for pure Opera extensions... or is this even a recommended thing to do?

Man, I read about that extension compatibility a while ago too. I never found a way to install FF extensions on Opera however. I do admit I almost didn't search at all though, as Opera is pretty complete for me, especially with a few native extensions :P

But if you find how it's done, let us know. I was always curious about this issue.

Somehow my Opera seemed to be running very fast and smooth last night.. I think I must have ironed-out my network numbers... was doing well... I feel the need to investigate this issue with extensions as a few of them sort of just leave me hanging so to speak... Literally in a few areas as well.. especially when updating the AdBlock Lists.. almost removed it.. After the wait it runs fine.. but on startup it sort of seems a little sticky...

Why would you select an image?.. I mean for what purpose... Copying, Saving, Code? Usually you right-click and save.. That being said it could be that Opera only allows you to perform certain actions when doing this sort of selection.. and image related may not be included.. Just like Fx.. even though you select you do not Paste them as well in most cases..

About the RTE in Opera: it's broken now, that's for sure. I think all depends on TinyMCE compatibility. There are quite a few threads on the web and I think there might even be a way to activate it, but I have to research more.
