Only in the fact it can control process manually... so you dont have to make rules generalizing.

Yeah me too, allot! cFosSpeed is giving me problems lately, the drive doesn't load properly at startup, sometimes it doesn't load at all. At startup I only have internet after a minute or so, and I found out the reason being cFosSpeed's driver. So, I am trying NetBalancer and so far so good. No more problems. :lol:

Just tried it a couple of days and I don't like it. Startup would take 2 minutes in my XP Pro. Back to cFosSpeed then.

Does Netbalancer contain predefined application rules as cfosspeed contain?

Need to try this when i get my internet connection back.

No it doesnt. But you can make your owns.
