If your acces to AV companies sites is blocked then it`s highly probable that you have a worm that blocks it ... But , the other scanners didn`t find anything ?!? Strange ...You scanned your system with multiple scanners and nothing found - so my first guess is you have registry corrupted (maybe HDD fault ?) -> If you do not want to format + reinstall -> then you should do a Windows Repair using the Windows install DVD - all your data will be still there , you will lose Windows updates only (you can update again your Windows after repair) ...Next time , as others already said , you should do a clean system image (if would have it now you could restore to that image in minutes ...) .
