Kojootti Posted August 13, 2011 Author Share Posted August 13, 2011 Is it really Giveaway or pre-cracked-setup? :Danyway thx(+1)It's giveaway,I didn't touch anything else than removing the wrappers.Follow my guide on "Guides & Tutorials" section about GOTD Wrapper,and you can try it yourself.Wrapper extracts the (retail) files as .tmp files in your windows %temp% directory (hidden) ..I never "crack" any of the giveaway's, If necessary I only strip all the info needed to get the stuff registered,eg. importing a .reg file into your registry. (See one of my earlier GOTD releases..)EDIT: This is a good example of the pre-registered setup's done for GOTD by the author of the software.I ran some days ago into some special registration scheme in one GOTD giveaway,eventho if u stripped thewrapper,the actual program was specially compiled for GOTD,it would do a server-check if the offer was valid,that's why I didn't release it here,coz I'm not gonna crack any of them Giveaway's to keep them "legitimate".
