toyo
LibreOffice is a productivity suite that is compatible with other major office suites and available on a variety of platforms. It is free software and therefore free to download, use and distribute. The goal is to produce a vendor-independent office suite with ODF support and without any copyright assignment requirements. LibreOffice is capable of performing the same tasks as every other office suite, from making calculations to drawing. Thanks to zeon22 for the update.Download

voidoid
I installed this and it doesn't handle charting properly, unlike the older version. It is too buggy at the moment despite them claiming it to be enterprise ready. Don't install yet - give them at least a few more weeks. I switched to IBM Lotus Symphony which is based upon the same core code and is also free -- it is also stable and has a tabbed interface which is nice.
