* Synchronization via RoboForm Everywhere (Online) account is now a software option, not related to licensing.

The chances are that not all functions are working all that properly. Have a look:

The program seems to be working in its main functions though.... You'd better check. Anyway we will need an updated patch.

Mine also :) It do appear working al-right here. (No limitations of the free version felt). As for syncing - I use goodsync
