irish Posted December 12, 2007 Author Share Posted December 12, 2007 Basically what happened was that a 10 year old Australian aboriginal girl was raped by I think it was 9 men and boys and the judge hearing the case said that she probably agreed to have sex with them all and didn't send any of them to prison (even though under the law a minor obviously cannot give consent) That judges career should be over,I hope. Australian aborigines have to live with australian laws.Anyway, this girl was already raped at the age of 7. She was taken to a family and then at the age of 10 she was returned to the community.
