Chris`
I deleted a .pst file accidentally earlier today and ran Recuva, It said that the file had been written over. Now my question is, is there anyway to recover this file whatsoever??

HX1
I am not for sure how Recuva works.. but I know that R-Studio can actually scan for and find files that are still in tact and written over.. SOMETIMES.. a file can be recovered with it.. but if you have shredded the file.. the data itself will be corrupted.. I have been able to recover image for example that have been overwritten.. but parts of the image will be missing or damaged..The next thing is the stereoscopic method.. which is fairly expensive.. Chris`
I tried Recuva and when I try and recover the overwritten data, outlook does not recognize the file as a .pst. I will try R-Studio and see how that goes. Thanks
