Install any version (with any patch); 6. Activate Kaspersky; 6. I followed this method: trial-reset>turn off Kaspersky+self defense>reboot>uninstall>reinstall>activate trial After 10 mins trial immediately expired. I can confirm it's not working even with the latest KW.exe build. To my knowledge self defense has to be disabled first and only then trial reset can be successfully applied (otherwise Kaspersky is self-defensing against the attack of the trial resetter). I tested KW 1.3.2.95 and not working after 20 min license expired, i made a reg snap of HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT to analayze and see the difrence like you said and I make another copy resseted with kastrial by ru board to find the difrence and fix this error check your mail i send to you !!!
