It'd be nice if TuneUp would provide a changelog like the rest of the software world does. :frusty:

They did (if you use "Check for updates" you will get the Changelog), but I pushed the Next button to quickly. Nothing important :P

Don't have it installed yet...just finished secure erasing and reinstalling W7 on my ssd array. The last time I let it on the net to update I got nuked...that's been a while back tho. May give it another try.

Fix on the FP now updated, thank you sternog.

@Maxhedroom: the Changelog was on the FP :)

The stability of the Start Center has been improved.

After an update has been installed, Automatic Maintenance settings that have been made manually are kept.

Product registration is now more user-friendly.

For TuneUp Utilities there is a MUCH SIMPLER MEDICINE ( at least I am using this for ~ 1 year without any crack !! ) .

Please excuse me now - I am at work and I have to close - when I arrive at home I will explain it all !

Yeah. Generate key, block net access. Never used a crack myself - I try to never patch crack things if serials/licenses are available. It minimises the risk of infection, as keygens can be executed sandboxed.

Yes , in fact there are 2 sol. (that are doing the same thing) . There are 3 `.exe` files involved in TU update - SilentUpdater.exe , TUAutoUpdateCheck.exe and UpdateWizard.exe :

1. block these `.exe` with a decent firewall

2. for those that don`t use at all any firewall ( or use Windows firewall ) you change `.exe` to `.exeblk` ( so the file became SilentUpdater.exeblk, ... and so on ...)
