Need help with ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4

Hi, guys! I've got a problem with ESET NOD32 Antivirus: I've got an error message telling me "communication error with Kernel" and it stopped working. What is wrong here? This happened me before, but I thought it was a bug or something in this soft. Now it happened me again. :fear: Any solution?

Is the EGUI running? and your Security Center stating that ESET is not on? Anything in your Windows Event Viewer?

At security center it tells me ESET is not running. I've found nothing about Kernel on Event Viewer. (I'm on Win7 x64)

Egui is not running at background

Open your EGUI through your Start Menu.. if it opens turn everything on .. IF you can and reboot.. This happened to me awhile back.. twice.. ESET just decided to go completely stupid out of the blue.. I was using a secondary backup updater at the time as well... after all of this the servers I was using no longer update the program, as if they updated the modules... I can still get to them with a browser though..but I haven't had the problem recently..

I have to reboot because I can't open it through Start menu because of the error message.

I did restart the computer to make ESET work again. I don't use any specific server to update Eset NOD32 Antivirus.

@mara- erkn.exe was running before that error appeared.

maybe. I don't know if this will happen again. It was the second time it happens me that.
