jalaffa
For some reason the hash values of the trial installer does not match the one I get when downloading the latest build via account. Uploading the "retail" installer...With a previous version you can always do a check for updates and get the new version that way.
Darth Viciuss
I´m getting build 6696 for True Image and build 6857 for plus pack, even if a try from acronis website
jalaffa
I´m getting build 6696 for True Image and build 6857 for plus pack, even if a try from acronis websiteSame happened to me I got sometimes Build 6696 and sometimes Build 6857. The Plus Pack has a coded download link that you get when you've purchased it. It's not my link, but the content matched the installer I get when using my personal download link for the Plus Pack. Anyway I've updated the link to the standard version so that it contains the "retail" setup for Build 6857 now :)

jalaffa
I don't think so ZinnP. Serials seems to be connected with language version.http://forum.acronis.com/forum/18438
tontainas
Do you know where/how to get the boot cd for this version?
harpua
You can create the boot CD (or USB) from within the program. Look for the "rescue media builder" under tools and utilities.

cruelsister
Was it just me or did the installation of this build take a VERY long time to complete?
HX1
With an installer size of 160 MB after its compressed.. not surprising at all.. though I have seen some fast updates from them.... but they were update installation packages... Full installs take awhile especially f you get all of the stuff.. I still haven't updated yet..
cruelsister
Something is definitely up with this build. As I posted above, the install took a lot longer than normal (and I've been using TrueImage for years); also every time that I open the program I keep getting the "Newer Version of PlusPack is available" even though I upgraded through the Upgrade path. jalaffa
It looks ok here. The update did not take long. I only got the "Newer Version of PlusPack available" once. Do you have SP1 for Windows 7 installed? I have.
HX1
Mine seemed to take a long time on the black screen after the boot animation.. and if it does.. to anybody doing the update.. DO NOT think its stuck and hit the power button.. This is the mistake I made yesterday... So just wait.. I tell everybody I know this all of the time.. and turned around and did it anyway.. Needless to say I am running off a Boot Disc right now...
