Adding Vertical Scroll Bar for a Dialog Window

Hi Everyone

I'm editing an exe file in reshack, for a dialog I have inserted a big image which can no be viewed in the dialog window size because its height is about 2000. So I should enable a vertical scroll bar for it, after setting a vertical scroll bar for this dialog using ws_vscroll, I save the edited exe. After running I can see the vertical scroll bar but it doesn't work. I can not scroll down to view that other parts of that image,

I'm not a programmer, just want to add a working .vertical scroll bar in a dialog for viewing that inserted huge image.

So How can I add a working vertical scroll bar for a dialog in reshack?

Please Help, need it
