I searched high and low for a working patent activation removal for Nero 10.6.11300, unsuccessfully.

Most of the regular Nero features don't need patent activation so long as a valid serial number has been entered. However, patent activation is required for several components, including Nero Recode and Vision.

If the key you used is blacklisted, you most likely let Nero access the internet at some point.

Umm, no. Ever since I've installed Nero, I've throughly and totally servered any sort of Nero's connection whether it be direct, indirect (through browser, command line, etc.) I had Nero's network rights crippled using Kaspersky Internet Security. Even further, I tried to enter the keys while disconnected, but it did not work either. It pops-up saying Nero detected Non-Licensed usage. I'd like to know if there's a patch to fix this thing.

explorer.exe, microsoft installers, & other install parts of the operating system can & do check for valid serials. Normally, once a number is blacklisted you need to do a clean reinstall if you want to use that same number. However, I see there is a new Nero patcher available now. I used an earlier version of it & it worked great. Just UNplug your interne3t connection completely when doing an install.
