Administrator DKT27 Posted May 5, 2011 Administrator Share Posted May 5, 2011 Actually the only (notable) difference between the Pro and Free version is that the pro version has professional support. A normal person may not need it. I remember Comodo mods giving away free pro license long time ago. But nice to have anything pro. :PComodo FW is said to be one of the top ones out there. :)

T0nyB
Thanks for the share! :) Got a license for my friend 2 days ago, he had KIS 2011, but that slowed his comp. down too much, so I put this on his system, have heard it was a low footprint in the memory... madeinheaven
Comodo Internet Security Pro 2011 Free 1 Year LicenseLast month I reported about free offer of Comodo Internet Security Pro 2011, which is still working.Today I’m sharing another promo or free offer set by download crew, which is giving away full commercial 1-year license of Comodo Internet Security Pro 2011 ( v5.4) for free along with a $500 virus-free guarantee for your system, remote security and system support (after registration) through Comodo’s GeekBuddy.Comodo Internet Security Pro 2011 Key Features : Comodo Antivirus Cleans Malware Comodo Firewall Protection Defense+ Host Intrusion Protection Auto Sandbox Technology™ Remote Security & System Support $500 Virus-Free Guarantee $15,000 Identity Protection Coverage Compatible with Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP (32-bit and 64 bit). Unlimited 24/7 expert support Minimal InterruptionsAccording to Download crew : Comodo Internet Security 5 includes the company’s free firewall and antivirus program, which together do a good job of keeping your PC safe from even the very latest in malware threats. Reboot after installation and the program will immediately go to work, popping up alerts about any of your applications that want to go online, or otherwise behave in a suspect way. If you recognise the program and know it’s safe, though, just click Allow, Comodo will remember your decision and you won’t be asked again. So after a few minutes the pop-ups die down and you can carry on as normal. (Except, of course, now you know you’re protected by a tool that’s keeping a very close eye on everything your programs do.) Comodo’s antivirus engine sees major improvements in this version. A host of new cloud-based technologies see white listing and malware detection now done in the cloud, enabling greater accuracy and faster detection of new threats. Cloud-based behaviour analysis traps zero-day malware before it can cause any damage. And a new spyware scanner uncovers and removes more malware than ever before. The suite now also includes a Game Mode, which allows you to run games or other full-screen apps without being hassled by security pop-ups. And improved application control puts you firmly in charge of what’s run on your PC. The enhanced sandbox will successfully run more programs than ever in an isolated environment, where they can’t affect the rest of your system. And you can now lock down a PC so hard that users will only be able to run known safe applications, greatly reducing the chance of any future infections. So just visit this promo page and download Comodo Internet Security Pro 2011 , which is available in both 32-bit & 64-bit editions.Source: techno360
