toyo
WindowBlinds is a program that that enables Windows users to completely change the look and feel of the Windows user interface. Users customize Windows by using visual styles (skins) created for WindowBlinds. WindowBlinds skins virtually every aspect of the Windows GUI that one can imagine. And in fact, the enhanced visual styles used by WindowBlinds can skin things previously not thought to be skinnable such as logon/logoff dialogs, the "please wait" dialog, backgrounds in the Control Panel and other special folders, and more.Download

SacredCultivator
Hehe I don't think there is much of a diff of the Builds.. =X as I don't really use any of the special features, not that I know of that is.. As I don't edit the settings. But yeah the one toyo sent me was from Demonoid as well, but yeah might not be the Build you are talking about =P

drkalo
WindowBlinds 6.0 (build 32 x86)Please do not upload or make available any cracks, patches or keygens on this forum. This includes, but is not limited to; links to RapidShare or other file hosting sites. The reason for this has been explained in detail in other threads, but to cut a long story short... we'll be in some big trouble if it's found we're hosting / directly linking to copyrighted material on this server. The proxy system for downloads is being worked on, and should be available very soon. Thank you.READ THE NFO CAREFULLTY!works perfect on my machine :)
