Eset Nod 32 Fix for 3.0?

Recommended Posts

hey guys i just woke up this morning and found out for 642 and temdono 1.2 the trial number is 29 is it supposed to count down like that or wut...im getting curious???

Hello, I'm new here but read the forum a lot.

I think that Temdono fix 1.2 don't work in my Eset Nod32 3.0.642. I follow these steps: Install Nod32 3.0.642 ---> Install Temdono Fix1.2 and reboot ---> manually updated and OK, I see Trial version 31 days left..... but if I restart again I see Trial version 30 days left :dance2:.

Regards

From what I know, your trial number should always be 30 or 31. If it ever hits 29, then maybe you had another fix previously installed. Try uninstalling NOD32, TemDono, and any other fixes; restart; delete the Eset program folder; install NOD32/Smart Security 3.0.642; install TemDono 1.2; and restart. Good luck.

Based on my experience, the trial number should be 31 on the first day, 30 on any other days after that, back to 31 if you restart your computer, 30 on any days after that, and so on.

If TemDono 1.2 works the same way the earlier patches worked, then this is what it does:

The patch adds a Scheduled Task to the ESET AV's list of scheduled tasks and this is run at the start up of the ESET AV service. What you do by restarting the computer is restart the ESET service, which effectively re-runs the (TemDono) patch's task in the ESET schedule.

You may be right, but I don't see anything in the Eset Scheduler/Planner that could be the TemDono process. Also, when my 31 days dropped to 30, I tried closing Eset and restarting it, but it stayed at 30 days. It wasn't until I restarted my computer that it went back up to 31.

it adds a process which requires to boot b4 eset to wok n reset trial to 31! If est boots first it wont work so u restart again dont worry jus use it

What is the difference between the 621 and 642 versions?

----------------------------------------------------------

Very Simple :

642 - 621 = 21

Done without a calculator ! Hope had been useful ... :dance2:

cheers

jofre

Hey jofre,

That's right, 21, so I am sticking with 621....Ha ha!

Just for your info, I have been using 621 for the past 2 months, updates every days (when there is update of course) for virus def. and sometimes program modules.

No problems found! I use TemDono Fix 1.1 and add the 30+ servers!

Thanks for your PM, might try it on another computer!

How did you close EAV?

It won't reload the no. of trial days left unless you terminate ekrn.exe once.

The TemDono fix adds an automatic service called 'Eset Nod32 Boot', which runs:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\regedt32.exe /s C:\WINDOWS\nod32fixtemdono.reg

That .reg file is what actually reset the remaining trial period to 31 days.

If you leave your PC on for more than 24 hrs, the remaining trial period will drop...

but if you restart your PC, that service will run at startup and reset the trial period back to 31 days...

Appreciate your concern, but my purpose is to test when TemDono luck will run out! If it disable my program.... that is.......some thing new to know.

Just in case some one like to know, to turn of program update, go to Enter entire advanced setup tree.... click update....click on advance update setup.... and click on Never update

program components.

Quite right. Nsane fix for 2.x adds a scheduled task into NOD32's task queue. Temdono works by running the nod32fixtemdono.reg. My bad.

The TemDono fix adds an automatic service called 'Eset Nod32 Boot', which runs:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\regedt32.exe /s C:\WINDOWS\nod32fixtemdono.reg

hello guy's i want Box Fix1 and Box Fix2,TemDono Fix 1.2 please pm me these

I think Usman is an Eset Nod32 tester so be careful guys what you send him he might be passing on to Eset so they can analize and block the fixes on next update.

Sorry Usman.....

sorry i am not eset tester who give you this information i am still a crack user

using Dasumo crack for 4 day's now Dasumo is still unknow for eset

i did not send crack to eset

Usman, I'm calling you out. Are you or are you NOT a member of Eset bug's testing team?

From Usman: "i am in eset bug's tester team i corrected many bug's and installation issue in eav and ess"

See post on : Feb 20 2008, 12:45 PM

http://www.nsaneforums.com/ind...10368&st=20

I vouch for usman, he's a friend of mine and doesn't send cracks/patches to eset. However he is an Eset bug tester.

I can also explain a few things because you (probably) misunderstood him. (He's from Pakistan, so sometimes his English isn't all that)

sorry i am not eset tester who give you this information i am still a crack user

With this he meant: Sorry, I am not an Eset beta tester which gives out information about cracks and patches. I am a user of those cracks/patches myself, so why would i report them?

Now if you read this, you know what he meant and you're able to understand him. He doesn't like to be accused of things he isn't doing/has never done(no one would like that). So guys give him a break, he's a nice guy and helps a lot of people out. (Including me in my topic 'Problem with installing ESS')

Shake hands :sneaky:

thank's

i am still a crack user like you and all these people in this forum

when EAV and ESS beta release they are full of error and bug's so i make many thread's on wildersecurity about these error and bug's so forum admin's tell me how to cover these error so this way i know how to correct eav and ess problem and i help shought

they donot tell me when will new version release

and for all this fourm's member information i did not send crack to eset

crack's are automatically send to eset lab when anyone scan it from http://www.virustotal.com/ or http://virusscan.jotti.org/

and when someone creat a customer support request in EAV and ESS

Obviously a crack user wont send a customer service request and u did say u were a part of the beta testers for eset! Anyways u keep doing wht u r job is! No hard feelings should be there here. I would not let any great product of mine being distributed for free! Would any body of u want to? Obviously not. so its a cat n mice game out here! let the best man win

Hmmm i don't know, people who use cracks can send a customer report, but it'd be pretty dumb to send a report with the crack your using in it... :sneaky:

Guys dasumo has relesed a new version 3.1 and this is wht he has to say when i confronted him for his fix v 3 saying it used third party servers. He claims this 3.1 works on genuine eset servers and converts ur 3.0642 trial to 2029

Sorry, the fix v3 is made with 2.5 testing code Confused ...

I used this code for error in v3, but now I have solved the problem in the new 3.1 version, works with eset servers, with licence until 2029.

PM Me if u want this

Hi all! I'm using TemDono 1.2 on Vista ULTiMaTe x86 and ESS 3.0.642 and it works fine. I have 31 days available every time I reboot the system. My doubt is : Does it work with third part servers or not?

In my registry I found only servers which seems to by eset.

Thanks!
