elohelomg
I took my comp to a technician today (apparently, he could fix mobo's), and he told me he replaced the core controller (something i know not), and, that the issue resides in the bios. he said that i'd have to reprogram the bios, and, was wondering what he could mean by that?PS:This is a macbook pro, and, it does not turn on. NoJuan
He is most likely talking about having someone use an EProm Programmer to put the BIOS back onto the BIOS Chip. There are companies that offer that service and some local PC techs can do it also.Or you can buy an EPROM Programmer and do it yourself, if you are up to it.Just Google Willem EPROM Programmer. shought
Is it possible that he meant 'reset the BIOS'? Which would just mean you'd have to use the jumpers to reset all settings.http://www.wikihow.com/Reset-Your-BIOS
