This file contains the individual troubleshooting tools and help files. It does not contain non-troubleshooting tools like the BSOD Screen Saver or NotMyFault. The Sysinternals Suite is a bundle of several Sysinternals Utilies like AccessChk, Autologon, Ctrl2Cap, DiskView, Disk Usage (DU), LogonSessions, PageDefrag, ProcessExplorer, PsLogList, PsPasswd, RegMon, RootkitRevealer, TCPView, VMMap, ZoomIt.Thanks to thylacine for the update.Download

thylacine
just up:Process Monitor v2.95: This update to Process Monitor reports the write-through flag on file I/O, shows DLL version information on the process page of the even properties dialog, automatically launches the correct version of Process Monitor to match the bitness (32 or 64) of a logfile, and fixes several bugs.TCPView v3.04: Tcpview better handles refreshing the display when there are large numbers of active endpoints.Autoruns v10.07: This release fixes a bug in the Process Explorer functionality on 64-bit Windows and properly escapes XML characters in Autorunsc.exe output.
