elohelomg
Say a business wants to take you up as their IT guy. they have roughly 20 computers, and, you will be working on a monthly basis. How much would you consider getting paid from them, or, what would be a normal salary?

How much would you consider getting paid from them, or, what would be a normal salary?everything depends as where you are and what are business systems used.If they do emply you- then it's a matter of hourly pay and specification of hours expected/doneIf you are undertaking such employment as freelance/self employed- better moneybut then, what are expectations on you and are you qualified in that field?- means world in money terms

Protect them, so to say. I do well in this area, i'm obssessed, to say the least. The computers will jsut need a basic internet connection, and, thats about it. Atasas
"just a stone throw away"... anw if you are getting it don't get exited about having all covered, as "situation-job offer" until it comes to it. all so sudden old systems had to be integrated managers etc yapping nonsense bring "own ideas and equipment"...guy pulled out as it turned too big a bite to chew on for him.Regarding what salary you'd have to ask for?- not much to do with IT, more with employment and agencies and what they offer for engineer/administrator (google suggested $45 000- about the same as UK)
