Somehow the (US-EN) installer keeps on hanging. Anyone else have any problems like this?

Well, disabling Comodo's HIPS solved it. :think:

This Beta produces fewer memory leaks than the previous. Although, I'm still waiting for tete009's custom build ^_^

Well, I ain't gonna try this one. If Firefox 4 is going to open on my computer now. It'll be final. Not even RC. :D

ANW, it looks to me that Mozilla is in hurry. They didn't even let all the testing finish before releasing this beta. I mean only one test was left to complete, but they should have taken their time.

I don't see any improvments in solving "memory leakage problem". After 10 minuts of FF4b12 I can see 360MB allocated momory !! The some was wit previous beta. I think that what they wrote about solving this issue was just a joke.

Will see what happens after next 20 minutes :)

@AgentJ23:

That just means you haven't used previous Betas. Because if you did, then you'd have observed +1GB memory leaks.

Thanks for the share! :) Didn't expect it so soon... Hope they didn't make any epic mistakes with the early release...

@mastermindsos:

The files inside the source folder is the compilation of all modifications tete009 made to the custom build.

Beta 10 was the only decent update for me. beta 10 was fine no problems at all same as 3.6.

I play a game over facebook that eats/hogs memory... now on 3.6 i can play fine (with the loadin icon going off for like 2 seconds at the top) no freeze or antything.

11 and 12 both have problems with high memory usage.

beta 11 & 12 both face problems with a white "screen screen" and takes a while to come back from loading. This crashes the whole broswer not just the tab.
